Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy covers all payment types: demo credits, installation fees, and monthly usage charges.
1. Demo Credit ($5) — Refund Policy

2. Installation Fee ($5,000) — Refund Policy
Before work begins
If you cancel before onboarding starts (before Day 1 kickoff call), you receive a full refund of $5,000.
During installation (Days 1–7)

After launch
Once the system is live, the installation fee is non-refundable. The work has been completed and delivered.
Escrow payments
If you paid via Escrow, the escrow terms govern the refund process. Funds are released according to the milestones agreed upon in the escrow agreement.
3. Monthly Usage Charges — Refund Policy
- Usage charges reflect actual costs incurred (messages sent, calls made, OpenAI ChatGPT usage, video generation).
- Usage charges are generally non-refundable as they represent real third-party costs.
- If you believe there is a billing error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified errors.
4. Managed Service (+$500/month) — Refund Policy
- Managed service is billed monthly in advance.
- You may cancel managed service at any time — it will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Pro-rata refund is available if you cancel within the first 7 days of a billing cycle.
- After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@smartlineagents.com with subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your name, email, payment date, and reason for the request.
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at support@smartlineagents.com. We resolve most issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
7. Returns
Lead Agents Studio provides digital services, not physical products. There are no physical returns. "Return" in this context means cancellation and refund as described above.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If the system is not performing as described after launch, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue at no additional charge. Our goal is a working system that books consultations — if we can't deliver that, we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
